• Monthly Access Fee: $25 billed every 28 days.

• Member Treatment Rate: $70 per visit.

• Perks: Flexible modality (choose acupuncture or cupping).

• Billing: These services are elective and will not be billed to insurance.

3. Amplify Membership (Most Popular Clinical Path)

Recommended for structured treatment plans and complex protocols.

• Visit Length: 45-minute session.

• Monthly Access Fee: $65 billed every 28 days.

• Member Treatment Rate: $65 per visit.
